Can somebody tell me something about this brush?

I've been shaving for 60 years, and I've never seen an angled shave brush before. It's labeled LIWA widax.
It came to me from Holland, and is now up for auction on eBay starting at 99¢ + shipping.

Do not know about this one, but I have made a few angled brushes in my career.
