It’s one of the rooms in the basement.  Note what’s to the left of the wine cellar (refrigerator). I bet there is enough bourbon for the next 10 years for me.

Elliptical fills the gap.

Thx Mike. It does sound like a very efficient machine. I will check it out.
Here is my rowing room.  Hydrow is quieter than anything, it’s also smooth.  I like it a lot.  Former wrestler, so old habits die hard but I think anyone with hip/back/neck/etc could use this and get cardio and some strength training in together.  I have had several shoulder surgeries, 2 knee, 2 hand and need a neck.  Can still use it ;-)

Go to next post it wouldn’t take the image here???

I might have to consider a rower. I’ve had 3 shoulder surgeries, knee surgery, hip replacement, I need a new neck and I have DISH arthritis in my upper spine. And a double hernia repair that looks like I might need to get redone. In the words of Ozzy Osborne

Marko i believe you would love the thing and it would be great for you.  The elliptical is harder on joints than this.

You may find 2-3 F base Ethos Bay Rums in the next room over with over 20 bay rum splashes… :-)

That is only part of the wine :-) but let’s say when 2020 hit we weren’t worried about alcohol.

I recently bought a 2nd-hand "RadMini ST 2" e-bike (with the insurance money from my stolen Yamaha scooter). The original owner only put 15 km on it, and decided that she would prefer a trike version.
It folds in half, with the hinge just in front of the pedals. Also, the handlebar post folds down. Then you can stow in in the back of an SUV or hatchback.

The top speed (32m km/h if only powered by the motor) is half that of the scooter (65 km/h), but then it counts as a bicycle, and you can ride it anywhere you can go with a bicycle. No registration or insurance required either.

Tonight I drove it for about half an hour on one of the hiking/biking trails (a repurposed railbed) near my house. It would've been longer, but I had to squeeze it in between painting my porch deck and supper. With the right combination of Power-Assist setting (0 to 5) and choice of derailleur gear, it feels like about the same effort as a brisk walk. It's much easier on the knees than a conventional bike, and any time you want a break from pedalling, just use the twist portion of the right hand grip for the power-only throttle.

One cool feature I just learned about is that the white-wall lines on the tires are highly reflective.
