To be honest - it depends Smile
As it was produced during "communist" era - which basically means - no QC standard.
If you are lucky to have straight head - then it's good shaver, otherwise - it's a killer.

BTW, the one on your image have mismatched handle, probably from Czechoslovakian Soluna razor
